Pricing and Payment Information

Consultation Services: $150

  • $50 due at the consultation and $100 payable upon receipt of the consultation report
  • 1 to 2 hours of garden inspection, plus a report detailing the visit, further information, answers, and recommendations.
  • Reports are provided via email in pdf. Printed reports available for a $20 printing fee.
  • Garden sites more than 15 miles outside of San Francisco are subject to a travel fee.
  • Estate gardens, large properties, and special plans (permaculture, cultural research, etc.) may require more time. Please contact us for pricing on more extensive consultations or in-garden caretaker training to help you care for your garden.

Residential Landscape Design: ~ $600

  • $300 due at the signing of the design contract, with the remainder due upon delivery of the final design
  • Additional fees may apply for designs over 1500 square feet or for those which require extra time and travel
  • Project management for the installation of your design is available at $40 per hour, plus travel expenses.

Landscape Maintenance: $35 per hour per caretaker

  • Both regular scheduled appointments and seasonal yard help is available.
  • We no longer do green waste hauling. For most San Francisco yards, we simply bag the clippings for compost pick-up. For larger jobs, you will need to arrange hauling for an extra fee.

 

Other than where stated above or stated in a signed agreement, payment is due at the completion of each job. You can pay by cash or by check. Checks should be written to Jennifer D. Stroud.
